Father Henry Carr graduate Patrick Flatley (Class of 1982) is inducted into the New York Islanders Hall of Fame.

Congratulations to the Senior Boys Basketball Team for taking second place at the Kreul Classic in Coral Springs Florida.  Tramique Sutherland was named to the tournament all star team.  He scored 17 points in the finals in a 41-38 losing effort to Collegiate High School from Manhattan, New York.  The team was applauded for their intense style of basketball that many observers compared to a high level New York City style of play.

The Father Henry Carr Drum-Line impressed many at the Christmas Concert this past weekend!  Great job everyone!

Congratulations to Irene Duah-Kessie, Jenice Herbert, Alliyyah Church, and Jessica Amponsah for winning the award entitled Brain of the Month that recognizes students in the Rexdale community who are excelling in Biology and in the Sciences in general.  Thank you to Signs of Science for organizing an inspirational event and award ceremony on Saturday, December 3^rd, 2011 at Humber College.  Well done Father Henry Carr students!
